Raymond passed away in February at his home in Beijing. He was survived by his wife, Kieko. A memorial ceremony was held at the school on May 3rd, attended by his family, friends and classmates. Raymond entered DBS in Primary 5 and stayed on until matriculation. He was a member of the School Athletic Team as well as the School Tennis Team. He had helped Arthur won the Piercy Shield and was a Prefect and House Captain. People, form the hippie era, perhaps best remembered him when Willows, a folk song quartet that he was a founding member won the HK Talent Quest in 1966 with their rendition of Cruel War and Rocky Road. We will always remember Ray with his smile and warmth. The following eulogy, by Chan Wing Yu, best describes the feeling of Class of 65.
