The night is still young...

We have rescheduled the time of our Poolside Party this year to a weekend evening with lots of food and fun. The Poolside Party which was being renamed as 'Poolside Fiesta' this year was held late afternoon on Sep 7 which has carried its fiesta heat until dark.

We have ordered BBQ catering for our Poolside Fiesta from the same supplier of our Unplugged Music BBQ Night last year. Unexpectedly, wonderful food has taken the act with San Miguel Draft. San Miguel has also provided a Draft Machine which we have had a lot of enjoyment for the rest of the evening.

With more kids showing up this year, we have concluded all our races on the Parents and Kids Relay. Of course, without the presence of Class 75, the motivation of challenging a new record has to hold for one more year. In addition to the games, our President has allocated his wife who was formerly a swimmer of DGS to join us. Another star Paul Go, formerly Back Stroke expert during the 80's won with a Gold on the combination relay together with Claudius Yip, a current DPS boy.

Nevertheless, kids were the most enjoyable crowd. We had close to 30 kids and more than 40 adults for this year. Mr Terence Chang, our Headmaster joined us before the dark to be our VIP for prize giving. Excellent comments on our food this year especially the BBQ and the Draft. The Fiesta ended with cheers and joy at around 8:30p.m. Appreciation has to be given to our sponsorship on the BBQ catering and in addition, the new buoys for our games donated by Victor Tan.

Last but not least, do not forget to mark your calendar again for the next BBQ night which will be another remarkably enjoyable event for kids and family.
