Hongkong Post issued today (July 1, 2002) "The 5th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" commemorative stamps. This morning at the General Post Office, Acting Postmaster General, Mr Allan Chiang, was joined by Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Patrick Ho, to officiate the ceremony of issuing the commemorative stamps by stamping a blow-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr Chiang presented to Mr Ho and stamp designer of these commemorative stamps, Mr Benny Lau, framed stamps and first day covers.
